ARBITRATION
OUR OTHER AREAS OF PRACTICE:
Does the average juror want to spend six days away from work learning about the tensile strength of concrete? Of course not. Some cases are better decided by an arbitrator.
Since 1995, Greg has advocated for architects, general contractors, owners, and subcontractors in court and in arbitration. In his role as advocate, Greg represents clients, not industry segments. In his role as arbitrator, Greg can decide a dispute understanding each party’s role in the construction process.
Attorneys interested in having Greg serve as an arbitrator should send Greg an email or fax listing the parties involved. Please copy opposing counsel on the communication. The communication will be deemed to be a joint request.
